Al is the man. I discovered my cathedral ceiling was only a 2x6 in thickness and leaky as all get out. I had limited options due to space and how it joined to other rooms. Al came over and gave me a couple different bids for different scenarios, we ended up having 2" of spray foam, I then brought the ceiling down 2" to make up for the area sprayed, and had R19 installed over the air tight spray (which Al was super cool enough to facilitate as well). Being a tile contractor myself, I know how communication can be with other subs in the construction world-usually not great. Al was professional, very communicative, on time, reasonable, and clean. I have other areas in my house that I will definitely be using him again on. We are already noticing major differences in daytime temps
